We ship to Canada by UPS only
We can ship internationally, by Post-Express mail or
UPS.
note - there are size limits on USPS express.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Please email or call if you have any problems with an order
or a art you have received, we will straighten it out immediately. Please have
the invoice out for reference. We need the invoice # not the "web order#"
Do
not call on returns - just follow the procedure below
only call us if you are missing
something
or received
something wrong or damaged. (you can also
email on these matters)
- No returns without an invoice. No Returns after 60 days.
Send all returns prepaid, (do not send COD) .
- All returns must be sent with a copy of the invoice and a letter
explaining what you need done (i.e. exchange, credit to card, etc...)(also
see below)
- A 15% restock fee will be charged on all items returned after 30
days.
- Returns on used parts must be made within 14 days. Used Parts are
sold as is.
- Date Coded items, Special order color items are non-returnable.
- No returns on parts that have been altered in any way, this included
painting, bending etc.
- No returns on Section 2 items.
Missing Parts:
- Parts missing from an order must be reported within 14 days of
invoice date
We are sorry if you are inconvenienced by the delay
of missing or mis-pulled items, but mistakes do happen.
All replacements/corrections will be sent via ground.
Damages - save the box
and packing.
- If your order is Damaged or you are missing an item and the box was
damaged or re-taped. call us or email us immediately and
SAVE THE BOX
we must report damaged to UPS and they will need the box to complete the
claim, no box= no claim
- Do not return the damage !

We care not responsible for any loss above the cost of the part that we
sold to you, and we are not responsible for any damage done to your car or you
as a result of this part nor it's installation, or for any shipping costs,
installation costs or delays.
We do not Guarantee that any part will pass any particular club or show's
judging standards. It is your responsibility when you receive the part to
inspect it and at that time and date determine if you wish to keep or return it.
You have 30 days to return un-used parts with the invoice.
Please make use of the numerous photos and information on this website and
in the catalog to make an informed choice on the parts. We are providing a lot
of information here to help you preview the parts before purchase. If you want
to see something not pictured, send an email and we will try and accommodate.
BACK ORDER POLICY:
In general, if we are out of an item and it is over $10 and we expect it back in
stock in 1-4 weeks, we mark it Back Order. When that item comes in it will
Automatically be sent to You.
If it is longer than 4 weeks- we will contact you
via email to confirm before shipping.
If you wish to cancel A back order, please email with
invoice #, date and item #.
